1. Applications Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements

The candidate provides frontline support to customers on site and in our office.

He is the technical element in our customer centric marketing concept.

He should:

• Have a Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Communications / Mechanical Engineering and preferably have some working knowledge of Wired & Wireless Computer Networks, RF Communications and RF PCB Prototyping

• Have good spoken and written language, communication and interpersonal skills to mediate on technical issues between our customers, product managers and principals to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained

• Able to conduct product demonstrations and training to customers when required, and able to do system configuration

• Have initiative and drive to acquire good knowledge of our products, a love of problem solving and dedication to do a good job and passion in learning new technology

• 3 - 5 years’ experience in similar position

Job Scope

• Provide onsite and inhouse technical support in software & hardware

• Assist sales staff on technical aspect of sales prospecting and project presales activity

• Installing and commissioning our products at customer site

• Provide technical product demonstration, training and basic user functionality training when required

• Assist in our marketing activities like trade shows, workshops and seminars with technical expertise and product knowledge

• Be prepared to travel in ASEAN countries


2. Sales Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• To provide overall support and assistance to Sales and Marketing team in the office

• To assist in marketing duties , answering of telephone calls, scheduling sales appointments, organizing marketing seminars and exhibitions from invitation lists and liaising with providers of seminar facilities to customer followup lists, updating TMESEA website any other tasks associated with sales and marketing

• To manage the smooth transition of the sales process in its entirety and to ensure that proper documentation and communication procedures are adhered to in accordance with the Company’s operational policies. This function shall include the preparation of shipment documents, packaging, arrangement of receipt and delivery of goods and services and the process of banking documents to facilitate these procedures

• To receive goods and prepare goods for predispatch check and dispatch, in particular removal of all principal’s documents from within packaging

• To maintain proper filing system of all documents and correspondence

• To provide services to any other tasks that may be assigned to you by your superior or the management from time to time

Requirements

• Good interpersonal communication and telephone skill

• Meticulous, accurate and conscientious

• Knowledge of incoterms

• Knowledge of shipping insurance

• Knowledge of stockkeeping

• Knowledge of trade documentation

• Knowledge of freight forwarding and arrangements

• Knowledge of Excel software
